Dominik returns!

Dominik Čičak is a Croatian actor who has graduated from the East 15 Acting School, BA Acting (International) course. Dominik found his passion for entertainment at a young age appearing in youth theatre and films. He now appears in all mediums – theatre, film and voice over work – and is ever interested in developing further as a performer. He is represented worldwide by Evolution Talent and Slavic Artists Management.

Based in London and Zagreb, Dominik has lived across Europe in different countries for most of his life, thus learning multiple languages (he is fluent in Croatian, English, Slovenian and German), while completing his primary and secondary schooling in the International Baccalaureate (IB). A competent horse rider, stage combatant and fencer, he is also an avid sportsperson competing in ice hockey, football, basketball, cricket and skiing.

Dominik played Harris Beckner in 'The Ark'. He wrapped up filming a British show called 'Hotel Portofino' and a Hollywood production called 'Canary Black'. He iscurrently filming a new Croatian sitcom and a new Hollywood production. Apart from that, he has three active shows in the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb, and is tied to a Star Wars fan-fiction project and another action short film.

Bill Blair

Born and raised in Kent Ohio, Bill graduated Kent State University, in 1977 with a degree in Telecommunications. But during college, Bill realized that he wanted something else. He embarked on a music career, and in the early 1980's he toured, as the leader of a band called Expression. In 1982, after recovering from a serious injury, he moved to Chicago and shifted to a career in entertainment. His first bit-part in a movie came in 1982 in an American Playhouse film titled "The Killing Floor". By the following summer, Bill was landing featured bit-parts and stand-in work on several films. He got his first speaking role, in 1984, in the TV movie "The Impostor". Later 1984, Dallas, TX. Over the next five years, he kept busy with print ads and industrial shows, and played his first alien character. He portrayed Mr. Spock in an industrial film at the Dallas Convention Center for the Oracle Software Company. January 1990 - Los Angeles, Florida - 1992 - job entertaining at the Busch Gardens water park called Adventure Land. January 1993 - Los Angeles. His first experience as an alien on television was in Alien Nation. It started when he met makeup designer Richard Snell, while filming Demolition Man. This led Bill to his first work on the TV movies of "Alien Nation". Since then, he has become one of those few elite actors that seem to specialize in playing aliens, monsters, and other various creatures from other worlds and of this world long ago. It was from there, that he found himself working on the hit series Babylon 5 and shortly thereafter on Star Trek:Deep Space Nine. 1998 - Bill worked on the season premiere episode of Sliders, and more in 1999. Since then, Bill has worked on many TV series, including Star Trek: Voyager, Enterprise, The X-Files, The Invisible Man, Drew Carey, The District, Crossing Jordan, King of Queens, Will and Grace, Yes, Dear!, Friends, Desperate Housewives, Criminal Minds, and as a regular on "The Division" and the HBO Series Carnivale, Saving Grace, Justified, Raising Hope, iCarly, The Defenders, How I Met Your Mother, NCIS, Mad Men, Modern Family, Mistresses, 2 Broke Girls, and many more. Bill has appeared in Blades of Glory, The Artist, The Muppets, Nightcrawler, Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2, ARGO and more. In print, Bill was a featured zombie in the book "The Brain Eater's Bible", released in 2011. As one of a special group of actors that has worked extensively on sci-fi, and fantasy/horror shows, Bill has many behind-the-scenes stories to share about what it took to become this extraordinary type of actor. Additionally, Bill has written a book titled "The Professionals Talent Handbook: The Guide to Getting Started" and he has appeared on the pages of TV Guide (July 5, 1997), and in the August 1998 issue of Galactic Alliance. Interviews with Bill can be found in such publications as the International Star Trek Magazine, Explorer, Pen & Quill, Autograph Times, TV Zone and the New York Post.

Eric Pierpoint has been a professional actor for many years. He is noted for starring in the ALIEN NATION television series and roles in popular feature films LIAR LIAR, THE WORLD’S FASTEST INDIAN, FOREVER YOUNG, TRANSFORMERS and HOLES. He also starred in TV series HOT PURSUIT and FAME. He had recurring roles on CSI, PARKS AND RECREATION, HART OF DIXIE, BIG LOVE, STAR TREK, and all the way back to HILL STREET BLUES and guest starred on many others. His next film, I AM GITMO, will be released in 2024. Theatre productions include THE LION IN WINTER, A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE, RICHARD III, MACBETH, A MAN FOR ALL SEASONS. He created the role of Harry in PANACHE at the Player’s Theater in New York.

As an author of middle grade historical fiction his novel, THE LAST RIDE OF CALEB O’TOOLE, received the Reading the West Book Award for Best Children’s Book. His Revolutionary War adventure, THE SECRET MISSION OF WILLIAM TUCK, received the prized “starred” review from Kirkus. The third of this series is POWDER BOYS, a Civil War adventure, and will be published this coming year.

Mr. Pierpoint has also taught Acting For The Camera and the basics of filmmaking as an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands. There he received his BA in Philosophy and History in 1973. He later earned is MFA at the Catholic University of America and serves on the creative board of their BFA program.

The Federation Files is an anthology series created in 2015. After working on many other fan film projects, I wrote a couple stories and presented them to several fan film producers. No interest was shown so I decided to just make them myself. The first filmed episode was His Name is Mudd. Putting a project together from scratch is a challenge but I did eventually get it filmed. A couple tries with various editors led me to my current partner, Dan R Reynolds. We met in New York at Phase II. He offered to help me edit my film. Once finished we decided to form WARP 66 studios and have released 12 more episodes since then.

Mercedes De La Cruz is a Canadian actress, best known for her memorable and charismatic performances in nearly 30 television shows and films. As a model, De La Cruz has graced the cover of ALEPH Magazine, was Former Miss Hawaiian Tropic, Poster Girl Molson Canadian and notably secured a highly visible contract for The Brick before Cindy Crawford took the campaign over. After a successful modeling career, De La Cruz made the transition to a versatile supporting actor, lauded as a "great actress" by the likes of Academy Award nominee Sally Kirkland. For her role as Carla, a savvy pregnant prostitute, in "Ramshackle Blues," De La Cruz was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the 2019 Vancouver Badass Film Festival. In 2021, De La Cruz was awarded Best Actress from the World Film Carnival Singapore, an international film festival, for her performance in the mystery/horror film ''Because You're Dead To Me"

De La Cruz was born and raised in Edmonton, Canada where she began performing on stage at the age of three. She was a gifted dancer winning countless competitions and awards including Outstanding Performer from Lecky's School of Dancing in 1994. She loved to dance and performed in front of large crowds in productions such as "The Nutcracker" performed by the Alberta Ballet. From there she went on to Musical Theater and then Classical Theater where she fell in love with the art of acting. She began with small roles and music videos and in 2009 made a move to Vancouver, Canada to pursue acting full time. Shortly after her move to "Hollywood North" she landed numerous international commercials and now appears in various episodes of many hit TV shows and movies, including Hallmark's "Right In Front of Me" opposite Janel Parrish, Lifetime's "Lonestar Christmas" opposite Marco Grazzini, AMC's "Bates Motel" opposite Freddie Highmore, Bravo's "Girlfriends' Guide To Divorce" opposite Lisa Edelstein, History Channel's "Project Blue Book" opposite Aidan Gillen from "Game Of Thrones" and the WB's "Supernatural" opposite Jared Padalecki.

Last year, De La Cruz wrapped the first season filming the new Sci fi series “The Ark” where she plays Helena Trust, and villainous mastermind and wife of scientist William Trust who created the Ark ships. You can currently catch the series on the SyFy network or Peacock. Also, released on Memorial Day weekend in May was her performance in Legendary Pictures Feature Film “The Machine” starring Mark Hamill and comedian Bert Kreischer where she plays Bert’s teacher.

I was born (December 1st, 1997), and lived my whole life in Belgrade, Serbia. When I started elementary school I started taking acting and ballet classes. I stopped practicing ballet around 7th grade, but continued with acting classes till I graduated high school. Right after that I got accepted at Academy of Arts in Belgrade, where I studied acting and got my bachelors degree in 2020. First movie I shot, after enrolling in the academy, was Ralph Fiennes’ “White Crow”, where I got a non speaking part, but more of classical ballet dancer type of role. That was thrilling for me at the time, meeting Ralph, flexing my rusty ballet skills, shooting a big production movie. Unfortunately for me, big parts of those scenes were cut due to being a part of montage sequences. I did a few local TV shows, mostly small roles. I did a lot of short student films, and a lot of independent theater productions. I also did Serbian dubbing for some Disney shows (Lilo & Stitch, Star Wars: Clone Wars, Spiderman, etc.) and Winx. Right before I got to play Florian Rupnik in The Ark, I started working at a casting agency from a casting assistant working my way up to the casting director. I think of this job as the best thing to happen to me, because it showed me my primary job (as an actor) from a different perspective.

Currently I’m filming a few decades anticipated movie in Serbia with the working title “Children of Kozara” directed by famous Yugoslavian director Lordan Zafranović. Movie is set during the WW2, and I play a Nazi officer. I’m currently casting for a new TV show in Serbia, as a casting director.

Mercedes De La Cruz is a Canadian actress, best known for her memorable and charismatic performances in nearly 30 television shows and films. As a model, De La Cruz has graced the cover of ALEPH Magazine, was Former Miss Hawaiian Tropic, Poster Girl Molson Canadian and notably secured a highly visible contract for The Brick before Cindy Crawford took the campaign over. After a successful modeling career, De La Cruz made the transition to a versatile supporting actor, lauded as a "great actress" by the likes of Academy Award nominee Sally Kirkland. For her role as Carla, a savvy pregnant prostitute, in "Ramshackle Blues," De La Cruz was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the 2019 Vancouver Badass Film Festival. In 2021, De La Cruz was awarded Best Actress from the World Film Carnival Singapore, an international film festival, for her performance in the mystery/horror film ''Because You're Dead To Me"

De La Cruz was born and raised in Edmonton, Canada where she began performing on stage at the age of three. She was a gifted dancer winning countless competitions and awards including Outstanding Performer from Lecky's School of Dancing in 1994. She loved to dance and performed in front of large crowds in productions such as "The Nutcracker" performed by the Alberta Ballet. From there she went on to Musical Theater and then Classical Theater where she fell in love with the art of acting. She began with small roles and music videos and in 2009 made a move to Vancouver, Canada to pursue acting full time. Shortly after her move to "Hollywood North" she landed numerous international commercials and now appears in various episodes of many hit TV shows and movies, including Hallmark's "Right In Front of Me" opposite Janel Parrish, Lifetime's "Lonestar Christmas" opposite Marco Grazzini, AMC's "Bates Motel" opposite Freddie Highmore, Bravo's "Girlfriends' Guide To Divorce" opposite Lisa Edelstein, History Channel's "Project Blue Book" opposite Aidan Gillen from "Game Of Thrones" and the WB's "Supernatural" opposite Jared Padalecki.

De La Cruz recently wrapped filming the new Sci fi series  “The Ark” where she plays Helena Trust, and villainous mastermind and wife of scientist William Trust who created the Ark ships. You can currently catch the series on the SyFy network or Peacock. Also, being released on Memorial Day weekend in May will be her performance in Legendary Pictures Feature Film “The Machine” starring Mark Hamill and comedian Bert Kreischer where she plays Bert’s teacher.

Jamie McLaren (Stacey's drama teacher)

Stacey Read was born and grew up in Zimbabwe. She is the daughter of her Zimbabwean mother Thombizodwa and British Father David. Her parents always encouraged her to pursue her passions, one of which was gymnastics in which she represented Zimbabwe at a young age.

She first started acting in her Senior School drama club, which she joined to build her confidence. It was there performing in school plays and competing in the Speech and Drama eisteddfod that she found a love for acting. After completing her A-levels she moved to the UK to train for Stage and Screen at Performance Preparation Academy.

Nick was born in London to an Australian mother and a Pakistani father. Growing up in the 70s as only child who never knew his father, he become increasingly drawn to the stories and ideas he found in science fiction, and Star Trek particularly. As an adult, despite an interest and aptitude for performance and story telling, he trained first as a biologist, then later as a nurse. But that fascination for acting and story telling never left. That, and his love for Star Trek is what drew him to fanfilm world.

Nick currently resides in Dundee, Scotland, with his wife Lucy (also a fan), his daughter Sam (definitely not a fan), three guinea pigs (Shine, Cookie and Cream) and a very recently adopted cat by the name of Smoky.

When not working as a specialist nurse, Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, running (after a fashion), holidays to California (finances permitting), and writing and producing fan films.

Mat grew up watching Star Trek the original series reruns with his dad. Eventually it was announced that they were making a full length Motion Picture with the original cast. His dad took him to all of the Star Trek films that came after that. Mat enjoyed all the spin off series but he always was more of a fan of the original series. He truly loved all trek.

Mat grew up and went to school in Nicholasville KY. and graduated In 1989. He started college in the fall of that year at Lindsey Wilson and took his first and basically only theater college course. He transferred to Morehead State and started a new band. Mat left college a few years later to return home and work. Some years later he hooked up with some local talent and took part in some local indie films. The were Shadows Light, Dance With A Vampire, Misadventures in Space to name a few. Mat took some time out from it and continued with school, music, gaming, martial arts, and a lot of time working. He started thinking about getting back into acting and film making. He saw where a friend was involved in a local Star Trek fan film and he auditioned and got a part. He currently is involved in four fan films for Potemkin Pictures playing four different roles.

Sam Cockings is well known in the world of Star Trek fan film visual effects. Sam started his own Trek fan film journey in 2012 with his own film “Temporal Anomaly” then started working on other fan projects in 2014. Since then, Sam and his team have worked on over 40 fan films with directors from all over the world. Sam was the lead VFX Supervisor for the feature film “First Frontier” and provided almost all of the VFX that allowed the long awaited George Takei film “Yorktown: A Time to Heal” to be finished. From NX to Picard era, Sam has experience creating visuals from all across the Trek universe. Sam has also has his own fan film webseries "Trek Shorts", with 4 of these films already released, spanning DS9 into the Picard era, Sam has teased a large and varied production spanning all across the Trek timeline and yet still focusing on a small group of deep and developed characters and their life journeys though these eras.

Besides his regular work on fan films he also co-created and co-hosts and popular weekly web show “Trekyards” which looks and the ships and tech of Trek and interviews designers from all the various shows.

Sam was introduced to Star Trek at the age of 3 and has always loved the franchise; his family collected props and costumes and made sure that Trek was in his life as he grew up. Now as the show runner for “Trek Shorts” a collection of short films from various Trek eras, Sam has a large collection of props and costumes from all across Trek and works to bring his passion onto the screen for others to enjoy.

Frank Parker is an actor, musician, and producer from Charlotte NC, who has been involved with Star Trek Fan Films since 2009 participating with Lee Gartrell and Romulan Wars and becoming a highly active member of the Farragut films family. In 2013 he started his own production called Dreadnought Dominion, filmed at Farragut Studio 2, Kingsland, GA., producing the first two episodes, “Anchors Aweigh” and “Haunted”, kicking off this popular Star Trek Fan Production, with new show runners Gary Davis and Randy Wrenn.

In 2015, Frank left Fan in pursuit of a more active role in Civil Air Patrol (United States Air Force Auxiliary) as a squadron commander in the North Carolina Wing. During the pandemic in 2020, the film bug struck again and once again Frank was off and running. Knowing that he would not upset the apple cart for the current team for Dreadnought Dominion, he decided to create a spinoff of Dominion called CROSSROADS - Project Gemini, in which he revises his role as Commodore Sam Grissom in a new series of adventures. With the help of Vance Major and a resolute new production team, FilkFerret Productions in association with No Budget Productions has produced three new films that can be seen on YouTube at No Budget Productions – FilkFerret Productions. The episodes are “The Gemini Project,” “A Question of Balance” and “You Are Recalled.”

Joining Frank will be one of his producers, Jason Herdt who directed the episode “A Question of Balance” which was filmed on location at FilkFerret Studio 1 (a bridge set built in Frank’s mother in laws garage). Jason majored in Film in college and has been a great asset to the production.

I'm from East Meadow, New York. I moved to Florida in 1991 for a job. I'm a software engineer. I've been doing that since 1991. I graduated East Meadow High School in 1985 and SUNY (State University of New York) Binghamton in 1990. Although graduating with a degree in Computer Science, I was in several bands and orchestras in both high school and college including East Meadow HS Jazz Ensemble, Harpur Jazz Ensemble and the SUNY Binghamton Commencement Orchestra in 1987 and 1989 (although never attending my own graduation in 1991). I play saxophone and flute. At SUNY I took some courses in music composition and conducting and actually conducted one musical. In Florida I was in several bands including Filet of Soul which is somewhat known to Floridians in the 1990's, and one of my own, the jazz quartet Lane Change. Aaron Vanderkley is a filmmaker from Perth, Western Australia. His first Star Trek fan film “Needs of the Many” was released in 2016 and won two awards at the Treklanta Fan Film Awards. Since then, Aaron and his hardworking team have made a name for themselves in the fan film community, producing another six Star Trek short films with a seventh - “Resistance” - to be released later in 2022. When not directing fan films, Aaron works as a Content Producer for an Australian robotics company and takes on freelance producing opportunities for various clients internationally.
